Construction Services include mobilization and staging, fast track construction techniques and implementation, scheduling and updates, cost control analysis, and full accounting and cash flow management and review.

Post-Construction Services include tenant coordination, Certificates of Occupancy, as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, warranty manual preparation, equipment start-up and training, close-out accounting functions, and assurance of quality and warranty issues.

Concrete Restoration and Preservation - We are up to date on the latest specialized repair techniques and advances on materials designed to address problems such as cracking, spalling and delamination. Prolonging the life of new and deteriorated concrete structures has become one of our main priorities in maximizing value for our clients.

Residential Remodeling - In today’s economy, we can be very competitive for the new client of tomorrow’s future with energy saving features such as high impact thermal windows and doors, solar systems and high efficiency attic insulation foam. We are very diverse from exterior foam moldings, entry towers, spiral stairs, stucco, drywall repairs, water damage, to bath and kitchen remodeling.
