Martin Case Construction, Inc. is a general contracting firm servicing South Florida since 1985. From our modest roots as a stucco and plaster firm by its founder and leader, William Martin, we have grown to specialize in all types of commercial and residential projects, including new and renovations. Our focus has been on design-build projects including the automotive industry, marina construction, institutional work for fire and police departments, schools, retail, and industrial facilities. We offer construction management services, competitive pricing, and complete construction solutions from planning through occupancy.

We maintain a stucco division that specializes in Division 9 work including EIFS, engineered metal stud framing, and exterior finish systems.

Our mission is to provide the quality team required for a fast track approach, adherence to budgets constrains, and an intense dedication to quality that will lead to customer satisfaction. This approach allows the best solution through the construction process including real value engineering and life-cycle analysis of systems that create a successful project.
